We want you to love your portrait. If anything is wrong, tell us — we’ll fix it or refund it. Email support@typortrait.com.
Your watermark-free download is delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final once delivered. But if the file has a quality problem — a poor likeness, a rendering glitch, or the wrong file — we will re-create it or refund you in full. Just contact us with your order details.
Prints are made to order, so we don’t accept “changed my mind” returns on a personalised item. But if your print arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we’ll reprint or refund it — send us a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right.
Email support@typortrait.com with your order number (and a photo, for print issues). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days.
For digital downloads you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. Personalised prints are likewise exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. None of this affects your statutory rights regarding faulty goods, which we always honour.
